Using a powerful combination of brain-based coaching methodology and intuition I will work with you to uncover and resolve the lessons and challenges in your life. I will teach you to tap into your hidden treasures and wisdom, and find the answers to your true potential. I assist you to interpret your higher aspirations, and create alignment with your purpose, passion and the fulfilment of your dreams.

I am very experienced in coaching with a wide variety of clients throughout New Zealand and overseas. My passion and mission in life is to support individuals who want to make a difference in their workplaces, business and organisation, to be the best they can be. Coaching sessions and programs are conducted either face to face in Christchurch or via telephone.
