By the time I got to the apartment, the mental reminder had disappeared. The routine I had created at home was not embedded enough yet to take the rigours of a totally new environment and new timezone.
So what to do this morning. Recognise, learn from it and move on. I am still committed to my 30 day challenge, I haven't given up. I have come a long way already. The purpose of the challenge was to see if I could show up at the page and write, to reframe my relationship with my perception that using technology and writing a blog is hard and to see what I would write about. So here is an extra post, just because I can and because I chose to.
